Operative Intelligence aims to help contact centers unlock the potential of every human interaction. By truly understanding customer needs and demands, contact centers can improve the customer experiences faster and at scale, providing operational efficiency, improved margins, better customer retention, and organic growth.

The idea for Operative Intelligence began in a call center over a decade ago when the co-founder, James, developed a way to identify the root cause reasons why customers were calling and used these insights to improve customer NPS by 5x. In 2019, the co-founders saw an opportunity to bring this intelligence to contact centers globally by pairing deep domain expertise with industry first technology, the latest AI tools, solving a decades long industry problem.

Operative Intelligence is co-founded and led by an industry veterans with deep domain expertise and AI knowledge Peter Iansek and James Iansek. Peter Iansek is a results-driven leader with a background spanning various industries. His journey from a frontline call center agent to building and scaling technology companies reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and shaping the future of customer service. James Iansek is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in customer service and contact centers. His innovative approach and dedication have led to breakthroughs in the field, enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth.
